Disposition versions
39. The annual rental for a mining lease shall be $56.50/ha if the parcel of land is situated on lands in the domain of the State or $27/ha if the parcel of land is situated on lands granted or alienated by the State for purposes other than mining.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the part of lands in the domain of the State used to store mine tailings, the annual rental shall be that provided for a storage yard for mine tailings set out in the Regulation respecting the sale, lease and granting of immovable rights on lands in the domain of the State (chapter T-8.1, r. 7).
39. The annual rental for a mining lease shall be $53.75/ha if the parcel of land is situated on lands in the domain of the State or $25.75/ha if the parcel of land is situated on lands granted or alienated by the State for purposes other than mining.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the part of lands in the domain of the State used to store mine tailings, the annual rental shall be that provided for a storage yard for mine tailings set out in the Regulation respecting the sale, lease and granting of immovable rights on lands in the domain of the State (chapter T-8.1, r. 7).
39. The annual rental for a mining lease shall be $50.50/ha if the parcel of land is situated on lands in the domain of the State or $24.20/ha if the parcel of land is situated on lands granted or alienated by the State for purposes other than mining.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the part of lands in the domain of the State used to store mine tailings, the annual rental shall be that provided for a storage yard for mine tailings set out in the Regulation respecting the sale, lease and granting of immovable rights on lands in the domain of the State (chapter T-8.1, r. 7).
39. The annual rental for a mining lease shall be $49.25/ha if the parcel of land is situated on lands in the domain of the State or $23.60/ha if the parcel of land is situated on lands granted or alienated by the State for purposes other than mining.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the part of lands in the domain of the State used to store mine tailings, the annual rental shall be that provided for a storage yard for mine tailings set out in the Regulation respecting the sale, lease and granting of immovable rights on lands in the domain of the State (chapter T-8.1, r. 7).
